In addition to Robert's more than twenty-five years of experience, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Tiffany leads the employee benefit plan audit practice in the Columbus office of Clark Schaefer Hackett (CSH), a position requiring a superior understanding of her deeply technical specialization. She also serves as co-chair of the firm’s employee benefit plan audit group, a committee charged with quality control, training, staffing and marketing in this practice area. CSH is currently one of the top 25 accounting firms in the United States auditing employee benefit plans.

Jennifer joined ERA as President and CEO in January 2007. Her responsibilities include the day-to day operations and management of the Association, ensuring high quality delivery of services and expert advice to members, and the sales and marketing of our services. She believes the 3 core areas of her responsibility are strategy, sales, and culture. Jennifer leads a team of over 20 staff members, in 2 offices, who provide a breadth of Human Resources services and programs to our diverse membership of over 1,400 organizations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Jennifer has over sixteen years working in human resources and business management, in the healthcare, retail and service industries. Prior to joining the Association, Jennifer was the Managing Director for the Cincinnati office of a global career transition and organizational consulting firm.

John Campbell is the President of Clippard Instruments, a family owned business. John has 13 years experience leading global businesses through a variety of operating situations, and is degreed in electrical engineering.

Craig has spent his career building profound experience in managing human resources for such companies as Comair Airlines, Cornerstone Brands, Apex Supply Chain Technologies and Gold Medal Products. Under his leadership, he has directed strategic planning, innovated processes and deployed effective employee relations programs. In addition to Craig’s more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.
Executive Director of the Columbus Bar Association
Jill Snitcher McQuain is the Executive Director of the Columbus Bar Association and a Certified Association Executive. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her law degree from Capital University Law School, with a concentration in governmental affairs. Snitcher McQuain was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1999 and previously practiced in the area of attorney discipline and the unauthorized practice of law. She is a Past President of the Women Lawyers of Franklin County, and is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations.
Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Campus Relations, Hocking College
In 2016, Mr. White joined Hocking College as Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Campus Relations. Mr. White also serves as the Title IX Coordinator. As Associate Vice President he is responsible for the organizational development, employment law, labor relations, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, performance management, employee engagement, diversity initiatives, oversight of College-wide Title IX/VAWA compliant response and prevention initiatives, and development and implementation of training for faculty, staff, and administrators.
In 2013, he joined the Supreme Court of Ohio and again inherited an office in disarray. In just one year, he repaired fractured relationships with key external business partners, initiated key internal change management initiatives, and corrected an error laden payroll and timekeeping integration process. In the following year he overhauled the onboarding program, initiated a training program for the human resources staff of the twelve District Courts of Appeal, rebuilt the Supreme Court’s Human Resources office, and made the Office of Human Resources at the Supreme Court of Ohio the go to office for all courts seeking human resources assistance.
Mr. White is a licensed attorney and has delivered numerous training programs on a variety of legal and human resources topics. His education includes: a Bachelors of Arts in History from The Ohio State University, a Master’s of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University, and a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, and a Tile IX certification from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA).
Managing Partner of Barnes & Thornburg LLP
William A. Nolan serves as the Managing Partner of Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Ohio offic,e,which he opened in 2009. He is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Department. He works to bring attentiveness and clarity to employment, contract, and other disputes, and helps clients build teams, policies and processes to minimize the frequency and severity of disputes.
Bill's litigation and trial work includes covenant not to compete and trade secret cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. He regularly defends employers in discrimination and discharge lawsuits and administrative proceedings, and is experienced in wage and hour, contract and tort litigation, and arbitrations and mediations.
Bill speaks and writes extensively on many of the above topics, as well as about effective attorney/client relationships and managing legal costs. He authors the Ohio chapters of four BNA state-by-state treatises, Trade Secrets, Covenants Not to Compete, Employee Duty of Loyalty, and Tortious Interference with Contracts. He also serves as a volunteer mediator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Director of Human Resources
Stacy Toki is the Director of Human Resources for BMI Federal Credit Union in Dublin, Ohio. She is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all HR functions and ensuring alignment with the credit union’s mission and vision. As a member of the management team, she participates in establishing and implementing organizational goals and objectives and serves as a resource in all aspects of HR.
Stacy’s community involvement includes mentoring college students pursuing HR degrees in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) for four years and the Central Ohio Chapter of Credit Unions with the Ohio Credit Union League for two years.
Stacy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and her MBA from Franklin University. She also has her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
