Affirmative Action Planning
ERA provides complete affirmative action planning services for contractors who are required to maintain Affirmative Action Plans. Services are offered in a “component” format so that companies may select only those reports or services for which they need assistance.
We provide the following assistance for plans covered by Executive Order 11246:
Workforce Analysis, Job Group Analysis, Availability Analysis, Utilization Analysis, Goals Our computer-assisted system saves you valuable time and money by generating these reports, giving you the freedom to address substantive EEO-AA policy and implementation issues.
Adverse Impact Analyses - Adverse impact analyses are required for hires, terminations, and promotions. This service is essential to fulfill your AA requirements and to statistically evaluate your employment decisions.
Compensation Analysis - The OFCCP and other government agencies are focusing on employers’ compensation practices. The OFCCP requires that you analyze your compensation program and move to correct any issues that are found.
Narrative Formation - In addition to the narrative requirement for Executive Order 11246 (race/gender), a narrative plan for Covered Veterans and Workers with Disabilities is also required. We offer sample narratives and can customize them for your use.
OFCCP Audit Assistance - When an Affirmative Action Plan is audited by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), we can review the plan and assistance in preparation of government inspection.
Implementation Guidance and Training - A written plan alone is not compliant with OFCCP requirements. We can assist you in instituting policies and practices consistent with plan language and providing notices and postings internally and externally. Additionally, we offer on-site training to managers, supervisors, executives and other employees to explain what Affirmative Action Plans require and how to comply.
EEO-1 and Vets 100 and 100(a) submission - We can complete your annual filings of these required reports.
