HR Library

Our expert staff provides solid advice on day to day, current issues. Our goal is to share our expertise and strengthen your HR knowledge and competency in all of our interactions.

As a member, you will have access to a vast array of HR resources, including the online HR Library. The HR Library is a large sampling of the hundreds of documents available from ERA, right at your fingertips. Sample job descriptions, policies, forms, and explanatory articles provide a good starting point for many HR questions and projects. If you don't see what you need in the HR Library, it is still likely to be available, but perhaps not suitable for the website. Members can call the hotline at 513.679.4120 (Cincinnati) or at 614.538.9410 (Columbus) for access to even more documents, samples and explanations.
