This class will prepare you to create and implement your own compensation program and will give you the opportunity for practical applications in class.

Learning Objectives

  • Develop a compensation strategy
  • Identify and conduct several different types of job analyses
  • Write effective job descriptions and classify them properly under the FLSA
  • Analyze salary structure that is appropriate for your organization
  • Maintain a compensation system and develop salary increase and salary adjustment procedures
  • Identify various types of incentive and bonus plans and understand which are best for your organization
