Complete Compensation: Design and Implementation
This class will prepare you to create and implement your own compensation program and will give you the opportunity for practical applications in class.
Learning Objectives
- Develop a compensation strategy
- Identify and conduct several different types of job analyses
- Write effective job descriptions and classify them properly under the FLSA
- Analyze salary structure that is appropriate for your organization
- Maintain a compensation system and develop salary increase and salary adjustment procedures
- Identify various types of incentive and bonus plans and understand which are best for your organization
