Diversity Effectiveness
This program is designed to help educate managers and employees about the importance of valuing diversity in the workplace. Participants will explore how stereotypes and biases impede communication and will gain insight into faulty paradigms surrounding race, age, gender and multicultural differences. A discussion of healthy assertion techniques rounds out this informative program.
