ERA offers the following classes addressing Leadership Development for exempt and non-exempt employees. Employees that would benefit the most from the class are included under the class name. A more detailed description is available for each of these class including dates and instructors. - Avoiding Liability Landmines: Employment Landmines For Managers and Supervisors - Exempt managers, supervisors, executives, non-EL series participants
- Behavioral Interviewing Techniques for Managers and Supervisors - Anyone who interviews candidates for hire or promotion; not for HRM series participants.
- Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors - Team Leaders, supervisors, managers and executives. This class is not for EL series participants.
- Delivering Employee Performance Appraisals and Feedback - Anyone responsible for conducting employee performance appraisals. Non-HR management series program.
- Discipline and Discharge for Managers and Supervisors - Managers and supervisors. HR professionals should choose Discipline and Discharge for HR Professionals.
- Excellence in Leadership I - Any manager or supervisor with six months or more experience. Less than six months should consider Making the Transition to Supervisor.
- Excellence In Leadership II - Supervisors, managers, exempt team leaders and EL I graduates.
- Leadership Skills for Group Leaders - Columbus - Current or potential hourly group leaders.
- Leadership Skills for Group Leaders I - Current or potential hourly group leaders.
- Leadership Skills for Group Leaders II - Hourly group leaders who have participated in Leadership Skills for Group Leaders I.
- Making the Transition to Supervisor - Potential and new supervisors preparing for a leadership role and those who plan on attending Excellence in Leadership I.
- Situational Leadership - Executives, managers, supervisors or anyone who has direct authority over others. This class is not for EL or GL series participants.
- Workplace Harassment For Managers and Supervisors - HR professionals, managers and supervisors only. Not for hourly, non exempt employees or offenders.
- Workplace Harassment for Non-managerial Staff - Any employee NOT serving in a supervisory capacity who has not participated in your company's anti-harassment training or who needs a reminder
